In 2018 the real estate market in this area remained strong. Listed above is a snapshot of housing sales from many local towns. Despite low inventory and increased interest rates, there were more than 500 transactions combined in Wellesley and Weston alone. With the 2019 spring market fast approaching, current inventory remains low, making this a perfect time to sell.
